Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, preferred language and currency.
• Booking details: dates, pick-up location, vehicle, notes, and payment status (we never see your full card or bank details).
• Documents you upload for self-drive rentals: ID card or passport and driving licence.

How we use it

To confirm and run your rental, contact you about it, verify the renter, handle payments and refunds, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your data.

Your documents

ID and licence photos are stored privately — they are never publicly accessible and only our staff can open them. We delete them 90 days after your rental ends, unless needed for an open claim.

Sharing

Only with services needed to run the rental: our payment provider (Xendit), our hosting provider, and — if you rent with a driver — the driver assigned to you (your name and phone number only).

Your rights

You can view and update your details in Account, and delete your account at any time. Bookings already completed are kept for our records as required by law.
